(personal numerical code, CIF/CUI, Commercial Register No., address, telephone number), under the following conditions:

1. The basis for the processing/storage of these personal data (name, address, CNP, telephone, email, bank, bank account) is constituted by the signed contracts and the applicable legal provisions. Thus, in order to facilitate the activities related to these contracts and in order to fulfill the legal/contractual obligations, the Beneficiary accepts the use of these personal data by TOP VILLAS LITORAL S.R.L. in certain specific activities, such as: invoicing, approval, delivery, notification by email and sms, access to the website www.inchirieriutilaje.net (customer area), etc...owned by TOP VILLAS LITORAL S.R.L., Reg No. .Com. 9. The beneficiary (client) has the right to correct inaccurate personal data in writing.

10. The beneficiary (client) has the right to request in writing the deletion of personal data if they are no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or processed and there is no other legal basis for processing these data in continuation.

11. The Beneficiary (client) may restrict the processing of personal data in the event that he disputes the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows the Provider to verify the correctness of the data.

12. This agreement applies to any personal data communicated by the Beneficiary (client) during the application of the contracts signed with TOP VILLAS LITORAL S.R.L., both before this agreement and after signing this agreement, based on the applicable regulation 2016/679/EU from May 25, 2018.
